Add a cold pack to your order and we will guarantee it against melting. For larger orders please add two cold packs.  UPS Next Day and Second Day Shipping come with Free Reusable Cold Packs. Be sure someone will be home to receive the order, as chocolate will melt if left outside no matter how many cold packs you add.

Best chocolate BUT

Fowlers chocolate is the best! BUT, how do I get it without it being a melt mess? I paid for 2nd day. I paid for an extra cold pack. I got it literally 5 minutes from the time it was delivered. However, the carrier left it in the back of his non air conditioned truck all day and dropped it directly in the sun. The box even had a “ keep out of heat” label. Not Fowlers fault but HOW do I get this delicious chocolate to Florida and still be able to enjoy it? Super bummed I’ll probably have to wait for winter to enjoy my favorite!

No Cold Pack

I was charged for a cold pack but never received one

Hi Dan, because you picked it up locally the cold pack was not needed. I have credited you the $3 as you should not have been charged for that. Sorry about our error. Hope you enjoy the candy bars!
