Fowler's Chocolates National Sponge Candy Day Sweepstakes

Official Rules

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Fowler’s Chocolates, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Fowler’s Chocolates (“Sponsor”).

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on September 8, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. EST and ends on September 20, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST (“Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter

No purchase necessary. During the Sweepstakes Period, participants may enter by any of the following methods:

  • Completing the entry form available on the Fowler’s Chocolates website.

  • Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. (you can always unfollow later if we're not floating your boat.) LIKE the official promotion post on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok and tag a friend in the comments of the official promotion post on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.

Limit: One entry per person per platform (website, Instagram, Facebook).

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive ten (10) one-pound boxes of Fowler’s Original Sponge Candy (milk, dark, or orange varieties), valued at approximately $300 USD. Winner may:

  • Pick up the prize in-store; OR

  • Choose shipment of 10 boxes within the continental U.S.; OR

  • Request a Fowler’s Chocolates gift card of equal value, redeemable for Sponge Candy.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected on September 21, 2025, by random drawing from all eligible entries. Winner will be contacted via their entry method (direct message if entered via social media, or email if entered via website). Winner must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim the prize. If winner does not respond, an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

10. Release & Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Fowler’s Chocolates, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation or acceptance/use of the prize.

11. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
