Shipping Information

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $99 or more before taxes and after discounts are applied. Free shipping includes insulated packaging and ice pack protection. Orders shipping to warm weather destinations requiring expedited delivery are not eligible for free shipping promotions.

We also offer $9 flat rate shipping on orders of $45 or more before taxes and after discounts are applied. No coupon code is required.

We want to make sure your chocolates arrive to you or your gift recipient in beautiful condition every time. Our shipping team takes extra time and care to make sure each order is carefully packed for safe delivery. During warmer months, all chocolate shipments include insulated packaging and ice pack protection to help protect your order during transit.

For shipments to warmer weather destinations and during warmer weather months, expedited shipping services may be required. During this time, temperature sensitive orders typically ship Monday through Wednesday only. Thursday shipments are limited to Next Day and Priority Overnight services to help prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekend.

When temperatures exceed 90°F, shipments may be temporarily delayed until cooler conditions are available in order to protect product quality.

Be sure to send your order to a location where someone will be available to receive it promptly. Even with insulated packaging and ice packs, chocolate can melt if left outdoors or unattended in warm temperatures.

When Will It Arrive?

Our standard shipping services are sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day, or Next Day depending on destination and weather conditions. Orders are typically fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days during non holiday periods and 2 to 3 business days during peak holiday seasons. Transit times vary depending on destination and carrier service selected.

Please note that delivery timeframes are based on business days only. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered transit days for most shipping methods.

While we work hard to ship orders quickly and carefully, carrier delays may occasionally occur during busy seasons or due to weather conditions beyond our control.

Melt Protection Guarantee
All summer chocolate shipments include insulated packaging and ice pack protection. Orders shipped with required expedited services are covered under our Melt Protection Guarantee.

To qualify for assistance:

  1. delivery concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  2. packages must not have been left outdoors or unattended for extended periods after delivery

Because chocolate is highly sensitive to heat, we cannot guarantee products that have been exposed to outdoor temperatures after delivery.

Other Shipping Details
We are unable to ship expedited orders to P.O. Boxes.

If a package is delayed, lost, or stolen after carrier delivery, our customer service team will gladly assist with tracking information and carrier claims whenever possible.
Shipments returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may require an additional charge for reshipment.
