Broken bunny

Although the Bunny was bubble wrapped the bunny came all broken. I couldn’t put it in the basket so it just sits broken.

A gift for my mother

Came in a beautiful box 2 small bags one bag was broken and the chocolate looked old. Wasn’t even packed very well. I’ve purchased chocolate from other stores in Buffalo and they are packed and I’ve had no problem. Ask for a refund and I’m still waiting to hear back from Alexandria to send a return address label. It’s been five days now. At this point, they should just refund my money and forget about getting their chocolate back. I will never buy from them again.

I always order online and have it shipped. Never had a problem. I was in Buffalo for a bills game and bought 2 boxes from the store. The first box I opened the first bag the sponge candy was bad. Almost 1/2 the sponge in the candy dissolved and all I had was chocolate and gooey sponge. Tried for over a week now to get a hold of customer service and can’t get through. Very disappointed ☹️.

Angry

Package was misdelivered to a neighbor so it sat in a mailbox all day long and was melted/ruined by the time I got it. No one will take responsibility since it was marked as delivered albeit to the wrong person. I was out at the mailbox when carrier arrived and she assured me box was not in her truck while she proceeded to put my delivery in someone else's box. I am $100.00 out of pocket with no chocolates. Not happy.

Assorted Chocolates candy box was open in shipping and chocolate was discolored

I contacted customer service immediately after receiving my order via email with photos as well as left a voice mail. I still have not had a response. The box of assorted chocolates received was opened in the shipping box and many of the chocolates were strewn around in the shipping box. The chocolate of the pieces of the assorted chocolates was discolored and the chocolate was not good at all. The sponge candy was great and packed well. I will not order any assorted chocolates from this company in the future.

Chocolate arrived melted

Unfortunately my chocolate arrived completely melted and I did not see on the website the place to "add protection" so that part was my fault. However when I was contacted I was told it was right there on the website for me to see and there nothing they can do to help. Essentially I'm out of $60+ and will not be ordering from them again. I love fowlers sponge candy but this was a bad experience for me and their customer service was very matter of fact and stern on not replacing my order. Attaching photos so Alex can see it does NOT in fact tell me to add a cold pack for $3 for guaranteed protection. Lesson learned customer lost.
