I responded to your offer of “spend $85 and get free shipping. I made my purchase, over $85, on a Sunday, and then the screen said, “pay now” so I clicked and instead of going to a screen to put in the code for free shipping, it just completed the purchase and charged me for shipping. On Monday, I had to call your office to have the shipping charge refunded. The website seems to need some upgrades.

My order hasn’t arrived. It says it was never received at the post office and my emails to inquire haven’t been answered!!
Hi Karen, A new order has gone out today. Your previous order left our building on 12/13 but apparently the post office did not scan in your package. I am sorry you could not reach us on Friday evening or sunday afternoon, our factory was closed.

I shipped some of my dear friend’s favorite type of chocolates to Idaho for her birthday. Package arrived Friday but she hadn’t checked her front door so checked Monday when I asked how they were. I was so disappointed thinking surely everything is melted. Turns out it was perfect! This company packaged it so well it stayed fresh not only during the shipment but days after in the sun!
Was very cool to see the factory and how the candies are made. Even better that we got to try some of the candies! Very cool tour!!!
