Living in the deep South no one knew what it was when I shared some from a gift tower sent by my sister who lives in Dunkirk. When asked what it tasted like I told them "molasses floral foam as a descriptive joke. Not everyone liked it, but all were surprised by the taste & unique texture. Seeing the double-dipped sponge candy I knew I had to get some for myself. The Southern locals don't need anything that good!!
