I signed up 2 years ago back in 2023 to earn rewards along with my best friend. When we inquired about how many points we had and what reward level we were at, we were each advised that there must have been a glitch in the system, and although our names and phone numbers are in the system, for the past 2 years we hadn’t been collecting any rewards points! We are so incredibly disappointed and were advised to reach out to Fowler’s offices and that perhaps they can do something to rectify this. We have spent a good chunk of change over the last couple of years and would like to know what can be done to correct this. Please advise.

I ordered on 12/3. It’s 12/15 and no package. I don’t think this is Fowlers fault. Not sure it will be good if it does appear.

I’m from Rochester originally and have been in Jersey for over 30 years. I hate to admit but Fowlers is the best (vs a couple of great Roch candy makers). Keep up the good stuff!

I had been gifted another sponge candy and took both to my family, winner 4-1 for Fowler’s. Best chocolate taste, amount of chocolate, and freshness.
Ordered several items including a pound of sponge candy. The sponge candy must have been old and stale as most of the chocolate was laying on the bottom of the packaging and the pieces that looked the way the should fell apart when you picked them up or took a bite. I sent an email to their customer service address as noted on the packaging but never got the courtesy of a response. Guess I will not order from this company again.
